    Bread pudding

    Ingredients:

    About 8 slices of unsweetened bread slices - cut this into smaller pieces remove the crust
    Sugar- 1 cup
    Black dry raisins - 1 small cup
    Eggs - 4
    Nutmeg - little
    Juice of lemon - a small spoon
    Whipped cream for decoration
    Milk - 4 cups - heavy creamed
    Vanilla essence - 1 small spoon

    Method

    Whip the eggs nicely and mix in the milk
    Meanwhile mix in the Black dry raisins along with the lemon juice
    Mix the milk mixture along with the raisins and nutmeg
    Mix vanilla essence and sugar and whip nicely.
    Arrange on a baking dish the bread pieces and pour the milk mixture on top of this
    Sprinkle little sugar on this
    Take a larger baking dish with boiling water and place the bread pan on this.
    Take a butter paper and lightly coat it with butter
    Place it on top of the mixture.
    Put this pan in oven and bake it for 45 min.
    Remove the butter paper and bake it for another 15 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and decorate with whipp cream and serve.

    Note: You can also use any other dry fruits instead of raisins only
