9 to 10 garllic cloves chopped finely

    Method:

    Chicken:

First take the chicken breasts and marinate with little salt and pepper.
Heat in a pan extra virgin olive oil and put the chicken breast. Nicely roast it both sides. It should be little brown on both sides.
    Remove and keep separate.
In the same oil add chopped onions, garlic and saute.
Finely chop the pepper into thin slices (remove the seeds inside) and put in the oil. Saute for a minute and add in the mushrooms(should be finely chopped).
Now add the vinegar and let it cook for a minute.
Pre heat the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
Now lay some of this mushroom mixture on a greased oven tray lay the chicken breasts and pour the remaining mushroom mixture.
Add the fresh cream and parmesan cheese on top.
Bake it for 30 mintues, till the chicken is tender and cheese is melted.

    For potatoes:

Boil the pototes. If they are two big then cut it into 2 pcs
Preserve about a small cup of the boiled potate water. Drain completely and mash it nicely.
When warm add the parmesan cheese and little potate boiled water if you feel it is too dry. Mix in extra virgin olive, salt and pepper and leave it aside.

    For bread:

Cut the bread into slant slices.
In a bowl mix in the garlic paste and olive oil along with and lemon juice.
Nicely apply on both sides this mixture on the bread.
Heat the grill and nicely toast the bread on both sides till golden brown.
Now heat a pan with olive oil and nicely saute the finely chopped garlic.
Remove the bread and spread this chopped garlic and parsely leaves. You can also add lots of cheese the moment it is out of the grill. (should be hot for the cheese to melt).
    Season with salt.

Now serve the chicken with mashed potates and garlic bread. This is a typical Italian main course dish. The parmesan cheese is used mainly in Italian dishes as it imelts easily and easy to store
