Goat steak with mint and goat cheese.

Ingredients:
Goat Steak (Small) - 2
Fresh Mint Leaves (Torn) - 10
Goat Cheese - To Taste
Garlic Cloves - 2
White Wine - 0.5 Cup
Olive Oil - 0.5 Tbsp
Salt - To Taste
Directions...
Bone the meat and cut into thin slices. Chop the garlic and spread over the steak.
Add salt, sprinkle mint leaves and spread finely sliced goat cheese.
Roll the slices carefully and wrap in foil.
Place in a casserole dish with a little oil, add the white wine and a little water
Cook on medium flame for about 30 minutes.
Once the meat is cooked, remove the foil.
Slice it a serve in a plate. Garnish with lentil puree.
