    Spicy Lamb Masala



    Ingredients:
    Lamb diced into small cubes - 1 kg
    Dry Red Chilies Whole - 4
    Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp
    Cloves - 8
    Cinnamon - 1 stick
    Black pepper Seeds - ½ tsp
    Jeera (Cumin Seeds) - 1/2 tsp
    Green Cardamom - 3
    Haldi (Turmeric Powder) - 1/2 tsp
    Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
    Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
    Curry Leaves - 10
    Red Onions - 2 Finely Sliced
    Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp
    Salt - To taste
    For Garnish: -
    Chopped Coriander - 1 tbsp
    Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
    Water - 1 Cup
    Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp

    Directions...
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add the Dry Red Chilies, Coriander Seeds, Cloves, Cinnamon Stick, Black Pepper Seeds, Cumin seeds, Green Cardamoms.
    Fry all the above ingredients till they become golden brown in color.
    Add the Garlic paste and fry for two minutes. Now add Turmeric Powder, red chili powder.
    Add the diced Lamb and fry. Now add Ginger Paste and fry.
    Add the curry leaves and salt. Mix well.
    Add water and let it cook for 30 - 40 minutes, Cook until water dries up.
    Keep this mixture aside.
    Take another pan and add some oil.
    Add the sliced onions and fry till become brown in color.
    Mix these fried onions with the cooked lamb.
    Garnish with the chopped coriander and lime juice.
    Serve hot and Enjoy with the Naan, Chappati or Rice.
