Ingredients:
Spleen - 400 gms
Onion - 4
Curry Leaves - 12
Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Chill Powder - 2 tsp
Ginger,garlic,green chilli paste - 2 tsp
Cloves - 4"
Cinnamon - 4"
Turmeric Powder
Salt
Oil
Method:
1.Take a mixie add ginger,green chilli,garlic,cinnamon,cloves.Grind it to a fine paste.
2.Heat the oil,add curry leaves saute it for few mins,add ground paste saute it for few mins.
3.Add chopped onion,then spleen.Cover and keep it in simmer for 5 mins.Then remove the lid,add turmeric powder,coriander powder,chilli powder,salt and mix it well.
4.Again cover and cook for 10 mins.If oil is required add and roast it well.
