    Ingredients:
    • 1½ pounds fresh Cod Fish
    • 1 Egg
    • 7 ounces Milk
    • 3 tbsp Flour
    • 3 tbsp Potato Flour
    • 1 White Onion (chopped)
    • ¼ tsp White Pepper
    • A pinch of Salt
    How to make Fiskeboller:
    • Wash the fish and remove the bones and skin. Cut into small pieces.
    • Blend rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
    • Add fish pieces and blend for a while.
    • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    • Remove and shape into small dumplings with a spoon.
    • Boil for 4-5 minutes in salted water.
    • Remove and serve hot.
