Ingredients
6 - pieces of Salmon
1 cup of fresh green peas
3 spoons of lemon juice
Fresh mint leaves some
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive Oil some
Some Lemon Zest
1 Big onion
4 small cups Chicken broth
Coat the Salmon pieces with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Heat a shallow pan put the salmon pieces.. Ensure that both sides are coated with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
When the Salmon is nicely brown and cooked remove and set aside.
In the meanwhile cook the peas and in a blender put the cooked peas and mint. Nicely make a fine paste. You can
add olive oil when making the paste instead of water as it would give a different taste.
Heat a pan add olive oil put the oion finely chopped.
When brown add the chicken broth add some lemon juice. Bring to a nice boil.
Now to serve in a plate first pour the chiken broth cooked liquid with the onions , put the the salmon fish cooked
and place the peas mixture near it.
Decorate it with some mint leaves....
