    Fried Fish Masala

    Fried Fish Masala Recipe

    Ingredients:

    Pieces of Fish - ½ kilo
    Tomato - 1
    Green Chili - 4
    Onion - 1
    Red Chili Powder - ½ tsp
    Shallot - 2
    Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
    Coconut pieces - ½ cup
    Curry Leaves - 2 stem
    Fennel - ½ tsp
    Oil - Required to fry
    Dalda - 1 desert spoon
    Salt - As required

    Procedure:
    Clean the fish, apply salt and red chili powder, then half fry it in oil. In a pan pour oil, let it heat and fry coconut. When coconuts become golden brown, add shallot, fennel, red chili powder, coriander powder, sauté and just allow to heat. Grind this mixture.

    Heat dalda in a pan and sauté onion, green chilli and sliced tomato. To this add the grinded mixture, turmeric powder and salt and water as required. When the water begins to boil, add half fried fish, and stir gently. When cooked add curry leaves and remove from fire.
