    Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

    Ingredients

    Boneless chicken - 400 gm
    (cut into small pieces)
    Oil - 1 cup
    Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
    Onion - 1 no
    (sliced)
    Capsicum - 1 no
    (sliced)
    Spring onion - 3 nos
    Tomato ketchup - 100 gm
    Tomato - 1 no
    (cut into small pieces)
    Chicken stock - 1/2 cup
    Soy sauce - 2 tsp
    Sugar - 1 tsp
    Vinegar - 1 tsp

    Preparation Method

    1)Heat the oil in a pan.

    2)Coat the chicken pieces in the flour and fry, till it becomes light brown.

    3)Heat 3 tbsp of the same oil which we used to fry chicken, in another pan.

    4)Add onion, capsicum and spring onion and stir it for 3 min.

    5)Add the rest of the ingredients one by one and stir fry for 2 min.

    6)Add chicken and cook for 3 minutes, until the onion is tender.

    :- Serve with special fried rice.

      read the recipe yar we r adding sugar then ketchup so it will be sourish and sweeteish z

      i have tried this not made by me from a cafe it was cool
