Ingredients
Chicken - 500 gm
Tomato - 2 nos
Green chillies - 2 - 3 nos
Oil for frying
For marinating:
Soya sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1/2 tsp
Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
Pepper powder
Tandoori colour - A pinch
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Allpurpose flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
Preparation Method
1)Marinate chicken with the above ingredients for 2 hrs.
2)Grind together tomatoes and green chillies into a fine paste and keep it aside.
3)Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
4)Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.
5)Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of oil in another pan.
6)Add the ground paste and salt and fry, till oil separates.
7)Once it is done, add fried chicken pieces.
8)Mix well in masala.
9)Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve with pulao or parathas.
