    Description
    Coconut Chutney is an extremely popular recipe which has long been the vital clog of the Kerala food culture. This chutney has extensive usages, as people eat it from breakfast to the dinner. Complementing a range of dishes, it brings a sense of added charm and spiciness to the dishes served.

    Ingredients
    1/2 cup coconut, shredded
    4 small green chilis
    3 tablespoons fried gram dal
    1/2 inch piece minced ginger
    Marble-sized piece of tamarind
    Salt to taste
    1 Tablespoon oil
    1 teaspoon mustard seeds
    1 Tablespoon split black gram dal
    8 curry leaves
    Directions
    Mix many ingredients, like coconut, green chillies ginger, tamarind, mustard seeds, oil and curry leaves.
    Take a vessel to mix the coconut, green chillies, salt, ginger and tamarind.
    Boil the oil, add mustard seeds and spray curry leaves to make it look and taste appetising.
