Ingredients
Chopped vegetables (pumpkin, plantain, bittergourd, drumsticks, etc.)
Curd
Turmeric
Green chillies
Coconut
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Cocounut oil
How to cook
Boil the vegetables with turmeric. When they are cooked, add curd, and salt to taste. Let this cook for a while (5 mins). Grind together cocunut, green chillies, and cumin seeds and put this mixture into the cooked vegetables. Mix it well and cook it for a while. Take it off the cooker and add a little coconut oil and curry leaves on top
