ingredients
1 cauliflower cut into small pieces
3 aloo cut into small pieces
1 onion chopped
2small tomatoes
mirchi powd 2-3 tsp
haldi 1/4 tsp
corriander pwd1-2 tsp
ginger garlic paste1tsp
salt to tast
garam masala pwd (optional)
method
fry chopped onion in 2-3 tsp of veg oil,add gin gar paste,fry till it is llight brown,add mirchi pwd ,corriander pwd,haldi pwd,then add potatoes and cauliflower,add salt,then mix them well,close it with a lid so that it cooks in steam,when it is half cooked add tomatoes and again mix well. try to mix it every 3min......after it is cooked if u like it to be spicy add garam masala pwd it is optional with or without garam masala it tasted delicous....
U can have it wih roti (chapathi or parota) what ever... it is good with it try it once u will surely love it...
