Ingredients
250 gms Cauliflower
150 gms Mashroom
1 Big capsicum
6 Stems spring onion
8 Green chilli
Little white pepper powder
1 Teaspoon dark soya sauce
2 Teaspoon oil
2 Spoon cornflour
1 Spoon ginger/garlic paste
Preparation
1 - Mix cornflour,cauliflower and soya sauce. 2 - Then deep fry cauliflower. 3 - Heat oil brown spring onions and ginger/garlic paste. 4 - Then shallow fry mashrooms. 5 - To this add soya sauce, fried cauliflower, stir for some time and add one cup water. Let the water boil for some time. 6 - Season with salt, aginomotto and white pepper powder. 7 - When the water become half, add green chillies. 8 - Cornflour mixed with very little water, spring onion & capsicum. 9 - Cook for 1 more minute and serve hot with noodles. Note: Do not cook mashrooms for long time. The mashrooms may shrimk.
