Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds potatoes, peeled, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
1 onion, peeled and thinly sliced
3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder with
Parsley
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375?F.
Combine potatoes, onion, pepper, seasoned salt and garlic powder in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish; stir to coat. Sprinkle with minced parsley; drizzle with vegetable oil.
Cover with aluminum foil; bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
