chakka varattiyathu - 1 small chakkayutethu ( it may be approx 1-1/2 cups)
jaggery - as required since chakka varatiiyathu is very sweet
coconut milk - 3 coconut's
ghee- 2 tablespoon
coconut cut into small pieces to fry - as required
take coconut milk extract 1st, 2nd and 3rd. add chakka varattiyathu in the 3rd milk extract and boil. after a few minutes add the 2nd extract and boil, till it thickens Taste it and add jaggery if needed at this stage. remove from fire and add the 1st milk extract. at the end add fried coconut pieces and enjoy your chakka pradhaman
