MASALA GROUNDNUTS:-
Everyone must be knowing how to make this snack. This is a very simple one and easy to make.
raw groundnuts - 2 cups
kadalamavu - 1/2 cup
rice flour - 11/2 tablespoon
salt - as required
red chilli pwdr - 1 teaspoon ( can add more if you need more hot)
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Sprinkle very little water on top of the groundnuts , mix with hand, then sprinkle flour, so that flour sticks to the groundnuts. Heat oil in a pan, and drop groundnuts into the hot oil. take it out when its crispy. Drain excess oil on absorbent paper, so that you can store it in an airtight container.
