TEA CAKE
Ingredients
Myda -1cup
Margin 200gm
egg-2
sugar-1cup
Soda powder-1pinch
Milk-1/2 cup
cherry- handful.
Dry fruits
Preparation
Mix the myda with beaten egg and sugar. Add some milk. Mix well with margin to form a fine paste. Also add soda powder and mix well. Add the dry fruits. Pour this batter in a microwavable vessel. Decorate the top with cherries. Bake for 5mts. Serve it with tea.
