    Sponge cake

    Ingredients:
    Eggs - 10, sugar - 300 gms, maida - 300 gms, cake gel - 20 ml, water - 60 ml, vanilla essence - a few drops.

    Method: First beat the egg and sugar together till the sugar melts and the mixture is of a fluffy consistency. Add all the remaining ingredients. Now in a baking tray, apply oil and line it with grease paper. Put the mixture in it and bake at the temperature of 200 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes.

    Plum cake

    Ingredients: Butter - 100 gms, castor sugar - 100 gms, eggs - 2, maida - 100 gms, assorted dry fruits - 100 gms, rum - 50 ml. If desired, caramel colour - 5 ml.

    Method: Beat butter, sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl till the sugar melts. Add all the remaining items to it. Bake the mixture at a temperature of 160 degrees centigrade for 30 to 40 minutes.

      I have tried to make ..one like this..but a chocolate one...it was just delicious..I recommend for the guys who like cooking to try this ...
