Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
Maida - 1 cup
Butter - three-
fourth cup
Powdered sugar - three-fourth cup
Baking powder - one-fourth tea spoon
Cocoa powder- 1 teaspoon
Milk- 2 to 3 teaspoons
Chocolate pieces - 100 gm
Egg - 1
Method
Set the microwave oven at 180 degree celsius at convention mode.
Beat the butter, egg and sugar in a bowl to make it light and fluffy.
In another bowl sieve maida, baking powder and cocoa powder.
Now mix the contents of both bowls.
Knead the mixture into a soft dough and make small balls. Flatten them with a fork .
Place them in a non-stick pan and put it in the micro-oven for 20 minutes. Remember to keep the balls 5 cm apart to allow them to expand
