CHOCOLATE CAKE
maida...200 grm (2 cups)
sugar..300 grm
butter...125 grm
cocoa powder 60 grm(2/3 cup)
curd..1 cup
vanilla essence...1 spoon
baking soda...1 teaspoon
baking powder...1 tea spoon
coffee powder..1 tea spoon
egg...2 nos
beat and mix all the ingredients in a large mixer bowl(cake mixing bowl)
at low speed for 2 minutes and at high speed for 3 minutes.pour into a greased baking pan.pre heat oven at 350 degree c .place and bake for 45 minutes.
cocoa icing
icing sugar...300 grm
butter..,50 grm
egg white...1 egg
cocoa powder...4 table spoon
mix sugar ,butter and egg white with cocoa powder and make a loose paste.
pour on top of the cake and paste it with a knife. put for some times to set.
cake is ready.
