No Bake chocolate cake
This is my sister in laws receipe. Very very easy to make. so try it out and give me the feedback.
Unsalted butter 4 tablespoon
sugar 4 tablespoon
egg 1/2 an egg
glucose biscuits 200mgms(make crumbs)
coconut 3 tablespoon
chopped walnuts/dats 3 tablespoon
cooking chocolate(optional) 1 slab
vanilla essence 1 tablespoon
brandy 1 tablespoon
cocopwdr 11/2tablespoon
grease a shallow tin with oil. Put butter,sugar,coco, egg and chocolate in pan. stir over a low fire until all melted and cook for aminute, add vanilla essence, remove from fire. Stir in the Biscuits crumbs,coconut etc. Mix well and press th mixture into the prepared tin and refrigerate until set. Melt 1 slab of chocolate( if you are using it) with 1 tablespoon of butter and pour over the mixture. When set refrigate again.
Isn't this easy??? No oven and No baking and I assure you that children as well as adults will enjoy it. Mother/housewife can make it without taking much strain/pain. Enjoy your cake with your evening tea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
