Green peas kurma
to grind:-dhania pwdr 11/2 teaspoon, red chill pwdr 11/2 teaspoon, pepper 3-4Nos, clove 2, cinnamom 1inch piece, gralic 2 flakes, aniseed(perumjeeragam)1 pinch, turmeric pwdr 1/4 teaspoon.
green peas- 150 grms, onion 2 Nos, tomato 1 No, corianderleaf 1/2 cup(just the leaf; cut into small pieces), coconut milk 1 cup, water 1/2 cup, salt to your taste, Oil 11/2 tablespoon.
Heat oil in a kadai and fry Onion, tomato, ground past till the aroma comes. Add peas and salt and cover with the lid. ( remember to keep the gas in low flame always) when the peas is done and the gravey is thick, add coconut milk and the cut c.leaf. and remove from the fire(Do not allow to boil). Can serve with parathas and chappaties
