Banana(Vazhakka) - 2 nos
(peeled and chopped)
Onion - 1 no
Green chillies - 2 nos
Red chillies(Kollamulaku) - 1 no
Grated coconut - 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tbsp
Curry leaves - As reqd
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Fenugreek(Uluva) - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
1)Cut banana, onion, chillies and curry leaves into very small pieces.
2)Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or a plate except red chilly.
3)Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
4)Add fenugeek and red chilly.
5)When red chilly turns brown, add the above mixture and close with a lid.
6)Cook, till done.
:- Serve as a side dish for rice.
