Soak the washed rice for 5 minutes. Now heat 1 tbsp ghee in a deep bottomed vessel and roast the rice till the grains become slightly soft on biting. Now add boiled water and break into it 2 eggs completely,(boil the remaining eggs and keep ready) and mix well. When the rice is half cooked add coconut milk, pepper powder and salt and cook it till it is done. Now heat oil in a wok.Add curry leaves, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric and garam masala.Reduce the flame to a simmer(or else chilli powder will get burnt).Saute it for a minute. Now add the boiled eggs, cut into half,to this masala.Roast it till it becomes golden. Now add these eggs along with the masala to it.Mix well. You may separate out the eggs and add them after mixing the rice well. Finally garnished with fresh chopped parsley and serve it hot with any spicy curry of your choice.
