    Ingredients


    Green chilli - 2 to 3 nos
    Garlic- 3 nos
    Ginger - Equivalent to the garlic taken
    Fenugreek(uluva) - A tea spoon
    Small Onion - 8 nos
    Red Chilli - 2 nos
    Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
    Curry Leaves - Few
    Turmeric Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
    Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
    Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
    Salt to taste
    Butter Milk - 1 1/2 cup
    Oil - 3 table spoon
    Water - 1/4 cup

    Preparation

    Heat oil in a vessel splutter mustard seeds then add sliced green chilli chopped ginger and garlic and onion add fenugreek seeds and curry leaves then add the broken red chilli fry it till evry thing becomes golden brown.then u add water and let it boil well for five minutes.stop the fire and let it cool.mean while u take butter milk add turmeric powder and jeera powder and chilli powder and add salt.pour into the vessel in which the cooled masala is kept place it back on very low fire when it is just heated up remove from fire.please be careful very low fire and do not let it boil coz the milk will curdle.

    This is a totally kerala curry served with rice.
