Beetroot pachadi
3 Beetroots
4 green chillies
dessicated or fresh grated coconut
2 cups of yoghurt
few karivepela
mustard seeds
Preparation
Boil the beetroots,keep aside
grind grated coconut,green chilly, karivepala
mix grated cocnut with the boiled beetroots and pour yoghurt in the mix
Mix well
splutter mustard seeds and fry karvepala with in and add the mix.
Pachadi ready
