Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
1.4 cups Milk
2.1 cup Water
3.1 tbsp Maida
4.2 tbsp Butter
5.1 Onion, chopped
6.Salt and Black Pepper to taste
7.200 gms chopped Beans, Carrots, Potatoes
Method:
1.Boil the vegetables in water on medium heat for 7-8 minutes or till tender and cooked.
2.In a pan, heat butter on medium level for a few seconds. Add the chopped onions and fry.
3.Add the flour and milk. Stir well.
4.Now add the vegetables and water. Mix well and keep on medium heat for 5 minutes.
5.Season with salt and pepper.
