    Mokka Cholam Keerai Kadayal

    No. of portions - 4

    Ingredients

    Greens - 2kg
    Onion - 200gm
    Tomato - 200gm
    Green chilli - 50gm
    Salt to taste
    Turmeric powder -5gm
    Chilli powder - 10gm
    Tamarind paste - 10gm
    Gingili oil - 10ml
    Red chillies - 8 nos
    Thalimpu vadagam - 30gm
    Corn giblets - 50gm
    Coriander leaves - half a bunch

    Method

    Boil the greens along with onion, tomato, green chilli, turmeric and cook for 15 minutes. Add tamarind to it. For tempering, heat oil, add the red chilli and thalimpu vadagam and allow it to splutter. Garnish it with corn giblets.
