    To make 4 bajjies

    Large Chilly ....... 4
    Gram flour ....... 400 gms---(please adjust according to size of chillies)
    Chilly Powder ...... 50 gms---(please adjust according to size of chillies)
    Salt to taste
    Tarmarind(To fill inside the chillies)---(enough to fill the chillies)
    Asafetida powder---a tiny pinch
    Water
    Oil for deep fry

    Mix gram flour,chilly powder,salt and asafetida in water to prepare a smooth
    paste.
    Make a small hole on the chilly to fill the tarmarind.
    Dip,the chillies in the smooth paste and fry in the oil.

    Enjoy!! This bajji will be crunchy, hot and sour--yummy, my mouth watering!!!!
