TOMATO AVIAL
INGREDIENTS
onions-2chopped
greenchillies-3
tomatoes-7(mediuum sized,boiled and peeled)
grated coconut-1/4
redchillies-2
jeera-1/4 tsp
curry leaves
coconut oil
PREPARATION
first grind grated coconut ,redchillies ,jeera and curryleaves and keep it aside .heat 4 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan.then add greenchillies and some curry leavesand saute..now add onions and fry for some time..add tomatoes and cook for 5 min..then add the ground mixture and add a little water..remove from heat after it boils.garnish with coconut oil.serve with rice
