carrot pickle
1/2 kg carrot
2 tbs red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tbs ginger garlic paste
1 tspmustard seeds
1/2 cup oil
salt as required
First cut the carrots into small cubes ,add salt and set aside for an hour.. Add vinegar to chilli and turmeric powder. Heat oil ,add mustard seeds and then fry the spice mixture. Add carrots, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
