Maida cuts (evening snack)
Maida ( All purpose flour) -500gm
Red chillie powder - 1 tsp
Salt -1 tsp
A pinch of Asafoetida
Ghee
Cooking oil for frying
Mix maida, salt ,red chilli powder , asafoetida, ghee and knead well.
Make into balls and roll into very thin large chapathis. Make cuts using knife
by drawing a no of parallel lines to cut into diamond shaped pieces.
Deep fry these in oil..
