    Mixed vegetable bhajji

    Ingredients

    Cauliflower (small) - 1
    Potatoes (diced) - 1 big
    Onions (chopped) - 1 medium
    Spinach - few leaves
    Capsicum and green peas - (optional)

    Method

    Cut the cauliflower into small florets. All vegetables in small quantities to be mixed with the ingredients used for making bhajji's as mentioned above.




    Tofu or paneer bhajji

    Ingredients

    Tofu - 200 gm
    Besan - 100 gm
    Rice Flour - 100 gm
    Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
    Chilli powder - 2 tsp
    Chat Masala - 1 tsp
    Oil - 200 gm
    Salt to taste

    Method

    Add the ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder and salt to the besan along with rice flour and make it into a paste with water.

    Cut tofu or paneer into cubes and dip the cubes into the batter. Deep fry, remove when golden brown and sprinkle chaat masala.
