KUNUKU
Ingredients:
Thuvar Daal - ? cup
Chana Daal - 1 cup
Urad Daal - ? cup
Rice - ? cup
Dried Red Chilly ? 5
Green Chilly ? 3
Salt ? 1 tsp
Hing ? a small pinch
Ginger ? small piece finely chopped
Curry leaves ? a few
Cooking oil for frying
Method
Soak all the first 4 ingredients in enough water for one hour. Wet grind the daals, rice coarsely and mix with ground chillies and salt. Add ginger and curry leaves> Mix well.
Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
