pappada vada
pappads 25 Nos (small)
rice flour - 1 glass
kayapodi - a little
red chilli pwdr- 2 teaspoon
salt - as required ( please remember that there is already salt in the pappads)
black ellu - 1 tablespoon.
Make the dough thinner than dosa mavu. Heat a pan and put the pappads one by one, just enough to make the pappads stiff. Dip it in the dough and deep fry it in the oil. Have your pappadavad with evening tea.....
