Matar ki Poori
Ingredients: For the filling, grind together
1 cup shelled peas-boiled and drained
1/8 tsp asafoetida
1 1/2 roasted cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chilli powder
Dough
2 cups whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp salt
water to knead the dough
oil for deep-frying
