    Ingredients:-


    Pathiri podi or Roasted Rice Flour -2 cups(I used normal Nirapa Pathiri Podi)
    Water - 2 cups
    Salt - to taste

    Method :-


    Boil water and add salt to it.

    Add this water to the flour when it is boiling hot.

    mix the flour well with a spoon.When it has cooled a bit.

    Knead it to a fine dough with ur hand.Do not add anymore water.

    You must knead before the flour has completely cooled.

    Make small sized balls and with a rolling pin,roll out into round pathiris.Dust with flour as you do this.

    Heat a tawa and cook pathiri [without any oil ]on it until both sides are done
