Ingredients
Potatoes - 1/4 kgs
Bread - about 6-7 slices
Green chilles - 1 (cut into small pieces)
Coriender leaves - as according to the taste
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Amchur (dry mango powder) - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as according to taste
Oil - for frying
Pressure cook potatoes. Peel and mash them, when they are warm.
Soak bread slices one by one in water and lift out immediately. Squeez the water out.
Mix the bread slices along with the potatoes and other masalas.
Make small balls and shape in the form of kabas.
Heat oil and deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
Serve with dates and tamrind sweet chutney or coriender chutney
