    Ingredients:

    Koftas

    Cabbage (grated) - 2 cups
    Salt - according to taste
Dhania powder, Red Chillie powder - 1 tsps each
    Ginger - 1" piece - finely chopped
Coriender leaves (fresh) - finely chopped
    Besan - 1/2 cup
    Oil - for frying

    Gravy

    Oil - 3 tblsp
    Chillie powder - 1/2 tsps
Salt - adjust according to the taste
Haldi & garam masala powder - 1/2 tsps each
Fresh cream or malai - 2 tblsp

    Paste

    Onion - 1
    Tomate - 1
    Green chillies - 2
    Ginger - little
Grind all the above into a smooth paste

Mix all the ingredients under koftas well. Make small balls.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the balls in golden brown color. Keep aside.

Take another pan and heat oil. Add the paste of onion, tomatoe, chillies & ginger
Fry for 2 mins and add all other masala except malai or cream.
Now fry and let the masala leave the oil. Once the masala start leaving the oil add about 1 1/2 cup of water.
Let it boil. Once it starts boiling add the fried koftas one by one & mix well
Take care not to mix very strongly as koftas might break. Let the gravy along with koftas boil for about 2 mintues.
Garnish with malai or cream and Green fresh coriender leaves.
Serve hot with Nan or roti
