    Ingredients:

    Full cream milk - 2 litres
    Sugar - 3 big spoons
    Mixed dry fruits - 1/2 cup
    Saffron - a few strands - soaked in warm milk.

    Take a thick bottomed pan or kadhai
    Pour the milk and give about 3 -4 boils and lower the heat. Add saffron
    While boiling with the help of a spoon or ladle move the malai or cream which forms on top to the side. Go on repeating this every few minutes, till the milk is thick custard like consistency
    Add sugar and dry fruits.
    Give 2 - 3 boils till sugar is completely dissolved
    Cool and refrigerate the same.

    When serving you can add more saffron, silver paper and dry fruits.
