    Besan Masala paratha

    Ingredients:

    For Dough:

    Besan - 1/2 cup
    Atta - 1/4 cup
    Oil or ghee - 3 tsps
    Salt - according to taste

    Paste

    Jeera, haldi, salt, amchoor(dry mango powder), chillie powder - 1 tsps each
    Oil or ghee - 6 tsps

    Mix all the ingredients for dough with water and make a smooth dough.
    Mix all the paste ingredients and keep aside.
    Now make roti from the dough and spread the paste on the rotis.
    Fold into a triange shape and roll out again. Take care not to press too much in order to avoid the paste coming out.
    Heat oil in a tawa and cook the parathas.
    Serve hot with any type of dhal. This can also be served only with tea.

    You can also add some fresh onions, chillies and cocouts to the paste for a taste variation
