Ingredients:
Potatoes - 3 to 4 (boiled)
Green peas - 50 gms (boiled)
Spinach leaves - 100 gms (boiled)
Green chillies and green coriender leaves - according to taste
Salt - according to taste
Ginger - 1 tsps
Chat masala - 1 tsps
Cornflour - for binding
Oil for frying
Nicely grate all the vegetables (potatoes, green peas and spinach leaves). Care should be taken to remove the excess water from the spinach.
Now mix all the ingredients nicely.
Shape it in flat in the shape of tikkies.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the tikkies.
Serve hot with sweet chutney
