    Poha Cutlets

    Ingredients

2 cups beaten rice flakes (jada poha)
? cup moong dal (split green gram)
? cup finely chopped spinach (palak)
    1 tablespoon chopped coriander
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    2 teaspoons sugar
    3 green chillies, finely chopped
    salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil for shallow frying

Wash and drain the rice flakes. Keep aside.
Soak the moong dal in water for about an hour.
Drain, add the rice flakes and green chillies and grind to a coarse paste.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Divide into 10 equal portions and shape each portion into a flattened round.
Shallow fry on both sides till golden brown.
    Serve hot.
