    Paneer capsicum curry

    Capsicums 1 cup
    coriander powder 2 tbsp
    cream 1/2 cup
    garam masala 1 tbsp
    ginger - garlic paste 1 tbsp
    turmeric powder 1 tsp
    jeera 1 tbsp
    milk 1 cup
    onions 2 large
    paneer cut into pieces 2 cups
    red chilli powder 2 tbsps
    salt
    tomatoes 3 large

    Method:

    Make tomatoes into a fine paste.
    put wok (pan) on stove . add oil. add jeera .when jeer pops off, add onions.
    when onions turn golden yellow, add ginger garlic paste.
    fry for a min. then add cut capsicums. fry for 3 min .
    then add all powders (coriander powder, garam masala powder, haldi powder,red chilli powder). fry for 2 min then add finely ground tomatoes and salt . let it cook for sometime.
    add paneer pieces and let it cook in the masala . then add milk and cream. The milk and cream makes the gravy rich, thick and creamy.
    have with rotis or rice...
