Cooked rice - 3 cups
Tomato(small & sour) - 3 - 4 nos
Onion - 2 nos
Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
Cashewnuts - 6 nos
Red chilly powder - 1/2 - 3/4 tsp
Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - A pinch (optional)
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - A pinch
Method:
)Cook rice separately and spread it on a large plate to cool for 5 minutes.
2)Cut tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
3)Pour oil in a fry pan and add cloves and cashews. When they get roasted, add cut onions and tomatoes.
4) Add salt, red chilli powder, a pinch of ground cinnamon and fry well.
5)To this, add 3 cups of cooked rice and a pinch of garam masala powder.
6)Mix well and serve hot.
