    Cheesy Balls with Salsa Dip

    Ingredients:

    Bread 6-7 slices,
    10-12 garlic crushed,
    4-5 green chillies chopped finely,
    2 cups grated Mozarella Cheese ,
    Salt to taste,
    Black pepper powder to taste



    Soak bread in water and then remove immediately.
    With your hands remove water from the bread slices as well as the crust.
    Then add garlic, green chillies, salt and pepper powder.
    Then finally add cheese and mix everything lightly.
    Make small pakoras and deep fry.

    Salsa Dip

    Ingredients:
    4 big tomatoes,
    1 big onion,
    1/4th teaspoon oregano or ajwaain,
    1 teaspoon vinegar,
    Salt to taste,
    2 teaspoon red chilli powder,
    Sugar to taste,
    1 tablespoon oil,
    2-3 cloves of crushed garlic (optional).



    Blanch the tomatoes.
    Remove skin and chop finely.
    Heat oil, fry onion and garlic and stir fry.
    Then add tomatoes along with other ingredients.
    Cook till soft.

    Serve Cheese Balls hot with Salsa Dip....
