Ingredients:
• 250 g Beaten Rice (avil)
• 4 medium potato (sliced like french fries)
• 2 medium onion (sliced)
• 2 green chillies (sliced)
• 100 ml Oil
• Salt (to taste)
• Pepper (to taste)
Preparation of Beaten Rice:
• Heat 50ml oil and Fry beaton rice for 10 minutes or until it will become crispy in medium heat.
• Heat oil in a separate pan and fry onions, until light golden
• Add green chillies,potato and fry.
• Add salt, and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes on medium flame.
• Serve hot.
