    Stuffed cabbage rolls

    ngredients: cabbage- 1
    Method: Remove carefully the outer cabbage leaves in whole. (loose savvoy cabbage is ideal for this recipe.) Drop the cabbage leaves a few at a time into rapidly boiling salted water. Remove after 30 seconds and plunge into a boul of cold water with ice. Remove them gently and place flat on a clean towel. For the stuffing, follow directions for usiliyal On each blanched cabbage leaf, place 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp of the filling, roll it, folding the sides. (Optional-use tooth picks th hold them and for serving) Steam them for 3-5 mins. This freezes well, perfect for a snack or party hors d'oeuvres.
