This recipe Irecently got from site.I had tried it was tasty, healthy, and easily prepared. Iwould like to share that with u guys. Hope u also enjoy this. Here u go,
SPINACH MORU KOZHAMBU
INGREDIENTS:
Thick curd(sour will b better) -1cup
Spinach (cleaned and finely chopped) -1cup
Onion (finely chopped) -1/2 cup
Green chilly (finely chopped) -1 or 2
Rice flour -1tsp
Mustard seeds -1tsp
Oil -1tsp
LETS C HOW TO PREPARE NOW,
1.Heat oil, add mustard seeds
2.add chopped onion and green chilly and fry till brown.
3.Add finely chopped Spinach and allow to boil dont add water.
4.Add rice flour to curd and stir well and keepaside.
5.When spinach is cooked well add this curd mixture and allow to boil.
6.When it is fully done remove from fire and serve hot with Rice.
